Mission
To boldly reimagine church properties to empower innovators
We work in partnership with United Methodist churches to provide real estate consulting and development services, manage properties, engage in real estate transactions, and acquire, update, and modernize church properties. Additionally, we empower innovators through various forms of building-related financial assistance, including consulting, bridge loans, grants, capital loans, and other financial support mechanisms.
